A few weeks ago, I interviewed an incredible leader on The Life Engineering Podcast. Toward the end, I asked him the following question:
“If every CEO had to hang one sign above their desk, what would yours say?”
Without missing a beat, he said: “I am here for you”
“This isn’t my company. It’s our company. And this is our life experience together. So I’m here for you.”
😱That answer stayed with me.
What if success is measured not by how many follow you, but by how many feel supported beside you?
✨It reminded me that real leadership isn’t about being in charge it’s about being of service.
✨It’s not about building an empire. It’s about building people.
✨And it’s not about standing taller than others—it’s about lifting others up.
Service, when practiced with humility and intention, becomes a quiet revolution. It transforms workplaces into communities🤗.
And here’s the thing—we don’t have to be CEOs to embody this.
We can show up this way for our teams, our partners, our children, our communities.
That’s the kind of legacy I want to live.
