I Know How to Move Forward and Take a Leap of Faith Despite my Fear

In the January Theta practice we reflected on WHAT makes some people persist & commit to their goals while others quit after a few unsuccessful attempts.

More specifically, WHAT makes people take that leap of faith, while others give in to their fears and remain their comfort zone?

I believe that the force that moves us forward & allows us to step into our discomfort zone is a combination of: Desire + Need

Desire can be defined as “a strong feeling of wanting to have something or wishing for something to happen.”

Need can be defined as a gap or lack in our lives or a problem that we need to solve.

If that FORCE is the combination of both, then the bigger the desire, the less need for a need/gap/problem to solve.

We get to choose, so tell me – are we creating dreams or are we solving problems? 😉
